Potential Church is a fast-growing, multi-site church running passionately after a huge vision. Currently with six campuses, Potential Church has locations in Cooper City, Hallandale Beach, Miami, and Pensacola, FL as well as Lima, Peru and on the Internet. Under the leadership of Pastor Troy Gramling, Potential Church partners with people to reach their God potential as they connect with God, become like Christ, and influence their world.

In the summer of 2002, our church – then known as Flamingo Road Church – embraced the leadership of the new lead pastor, Pastor Troy Gramling. He excels in leadership development and is well-known for his extreme creativity in designing unexpected worship experiences. Pastor Troy’s vision is fueled by his passion and his burden to partner with the communities surrounding our campuses. Each week, Pastor Troy’s creative teachings are televised throughout Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and Mobile/Pensacola on his television program, “TroyGramling.com.” In spring 2003, our church began to take advantage of a new growth opportunity as we moved into a new 1,600-seat auditorium at our Cooper City campus. To date, we have seen attendance increase from 2,300 to over 10,000 globally and in the last year, we have baptized 1,718 people. We are now more aware than ever that God is not finished with us! In 2006, we were blessed with the opportunity to start two satellite campuses in Miami and Hallandale Beach. In 2007, God enlarged His territory again when we launched two more campuses: the Internet campus and our first international campus in Lima, Peru. In 2009, God opened another door and we started our campus in Pensacola, FL. In October of 2010, the Flamingo Road Church family transitioned its name to Potential Church. While we stand upon the foundation that our organization has built under the name of Flamingo Road Church, our new name better reflects the future that God has called us to run after… 50campuses, 100,000 people and a $150,000,000 budget!
