Debra holds an Accounting undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. For more than 25 years, she has helped individuals and organizations develop their financial expertise. Her passion is to equip individuals to understand financial issues and to make educated decisions. She and her husband Bill are empty-nesters who enjoy the beauty of Southwest Florida. For more than seven years, Debra and Bill hosted a young family ministry in their Colorado Springs, Colorado home, which encouraged and equipped young parents in their goal to create a Christian family. Debra was a MOPS mentor and speaker in Colorado. Today, Debra mentors women who are balancing professional and personal roles, with a focus on financial topics.

I believe that Leadership is investing in another person’s life for a season. The goal is personal or professional growth that equips the follower to lead others.
