Terri J. Haynes's Philosophy on Leadership
Leadership begins with being a servant. Like Jesus, we must approach leadership as an opportunity to serve others, not for personal gain. We must be willing to lay down our will and lives to take up Jesus’ nature. We have been called to serve God’s people with honor and humility and that must be at the core of all we do as leaders.
