- Waiting for your blessings Lord.... - Hello Detangel.<br /> <br /> The good Lord loves you so very much.<br /> <br /> Years ago, I needed to lose a lot of weight. <br /> <br /> First, I got checked out by my physician to make certain that everything was all right.<br /> <br /> I started my diet by cutting out all sweets. then I started riding my single-speed bicycle every day.................slowly and for short distances at first.<br /> <br /> Then eventually I started cycling farther distances as each day passed by. I drank a lot of water so that I did not de-hydrate my body.<br /> <br /> I also did some indoor exercises and a lot of walking.<br /> <br /> Eventually, I lost the weight and had the best figure that I have ever had in my whole life. <br /> <br /> I set a goal for myself and stuck with it. I did not have a time-frame in mind. I knew that if I was positive and stuck to my plan to lose weight,, that with the Lord's help, it would eventually happen within the time that that it was supposed to happen.<br /> <br /> Eating fruit and vegetables, and a healthy, nutritious diet is better than eating fatty or fried foods. Baked foods are good. I cut out potato chips and ice cream.
