- Learning to Forgive Those Who Have Wronged Us - It's naturally hard for any human being to hold grudge but in order for a person to move on and be happy they need to forgive.<br /> <br /> I'm usually good with forgiveness but this particle event just turned me insensitive, cold blooded, and compassionless. It's like he push my last button. I had to see an psychiatrist for years but finally as time passes by, I learned to forgive and it feels "great." (Jan 17, 2012)
